Hello and welcome.  My name is Katrina and I work as a PACFA certified holistic psychotherapist and counsellor.   I am deeply committed to guiding clients towards holistic wellness through an integrative approach to psychotherapy. 

I offer an inclusive, warm, nurturing and compassionate space for you to be seen, heard, acknowledged and respected.  This is a space for you to get curious and dive deeper into your unique life experience, reconnect with yourself, and really get to know the true essence of what it means to be you. 

My approach is holistic, meaning that I work to support you on a multi-dimensional level, as a whole and interconnected human being of mind, body, soul and spirit.   

I integrate a selection of therapeutic influences that have impacted, supported and encouraged me most profoundly in my own healing experience.  I am trained in Process Work (or Process Oriented Psychology), Internal Family Systems Level 1 (IFS), Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness, and my own life experience.  I believe that every step I have taken so far on my life path has led me to this place, here and now, where I can work with you to support you in a client-led, safe therapeutic container. 

I trust that you, the client, are the expert on yourself and my offering is to guide and facilitate you to discover the magic that lies within.  Starting on the path of healing takes courage and vulnerability, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and holistic transformation. My role is to serve as your guide, companion, and ally as you reconnect with your innate wisdom, resilience, and wholeness.
